The Slinky Minx (TSM) offers a 30-day replacement warranty for faulty products. Further to this, TSM supports all manufacturers’ warranties and any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, which you can read, when you’re feeling a little bored, by clicking here
TSM wish to make it absolutely clear we do not re-sell ANY returned items. Many businesses may find this acceptable. However, we feel this is completely unethical and unacceptable.
All our products come with warranties. However, warranties do not apply to goods which were damaged due to misuse, used outside of the intended purpose, manufacturers instructions not followed, or have stopped working due to fair wear and tear.
When your products arrive, just have a check for damage which may have incurred during transit. Products are inspected before dispatch though there are limits; we’re unable to compromise product packaging. TSM does not hold responsibility for damage caused during postage, though should this occur please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll always attempt to fix an issue if possible. Should it be deemed by TSM management damage may have been caused due to insufficient packaging, we’ll certainly take responsibility and resolve the issue. Postal damage is limited to product only, not packaging.
Please contact as soon as you notice a fault as it may just be a simple issue we can work together to resolve. If it’s something more, let us know and return your items, complete with cord and charger to:
